Exceptionally nice staff and exceptional location in the alley right in front of wangfujing bookstore side gate, everything was good. Location: the hotel was near to Palace museum and Tiananmen Square. There were an electronic key card, a work desk, and a TV in my triple room, enjoyed it. It was comfy and easy to move around, private bathroom...

The hotel is in the central location in a touristy area. All the staff members are affable and welcoming.

The rooms are clean and include an electric kettle and a fridge. the location is absolutely perfect and magnificent, just next door to Beijing's famous sites like Tiananmen Square, the subway station, the Palace Museum, and Shijia Hutong.

My room had two beds, a key card for entry, a desk for work, and a TV 📺. the hotel is only 2 km away from the Hall of Great Harmony, making it convenient and accessible.

The rooms come equipped with coffee makers and have large windows to let in ample natural light. the location is spot on, making it super convenient for exploring nearby attractions. 🌟

The location was excellent, as it was situated near a good shopping street and just a short walk from the train station. We were able to easily access most places in the city from there. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with daily housekeeping and refreshing fragrance in the lobby and corridors. The staff were friendly and helpful, organizing taxis for us and providing recommendations. The hotel also had great facilities, including a restaurant next door and a vending machine outside with a variety of drinks, including beer.

The communication with the receptionists was a bit difficult as they didn't speak English fluently.

The xiao du device and delivery machine were mind-blowing conveniences. the safe, new hair dryer added a super touch. the cool robot and AI audio system were a hit with the kids, plus the unlimited bottled water was a GREAT bonus.

The hotel is also surrounded by shops, restaurants, and has an ATM nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful, despite the language barrier. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The hotel also provided daily housekeeping and complimentary bottled water. I would definitely recommend the East Sacred Hotel for anyone visiting Beijing.
